Pain Points
Sometimes information isn't collected and what should have been a hassle free trip gets ruined by someone missing something or organising elements incorrectly. For example, with a group trip everyone may arrive differently and at different times with different requirements and often this leads to issues.

Guy is a salesman through and through, with the gift of the gab and a friendly personality he doesn't need much to sell a 100k yacht however when he is sending quotes to clients he would like that to be a better experience and able to move a client to the next stage or suggest another item of stock.
Pain Points
Often when a customer decides they don't want a yacht they often just drift away so to speak and all that hard work is lost. In person tours are good but it can be overwhelming and at the moment he can't send all the special features of a yacht.

“If I can't sell you a yacht, no one can. I am the best in the county, perhaps the word. Just kidding."
Travel User Journey
The luxury travel user has probably the most important and interesting user journey. The different touch points and organisation of this scale of trip with the luxury level of customer service creates a unique customer journey and timeline.
Exclusive Gulets
As this work was 5 years ago, I have sadly switched computers and the original wireframes don't exist anymore to review. They were created in Balsamiq, which I used to love because the sketch look took away the UI feeling and allowed stake holders to see past the look of the work and focus on the content. I have since switched to using Figma and I add to a personal library which I aim to keep expanding and eventually release.
Exclusive Gulets
A large portion of the project was the front facing website, designed to serve users and entice new clients. There was an SEO factor to the blog side which would serve as an entry point. The site was designed to showcase the beauty of each yacht/gulet, allowing the potential client to imagine themself on the trip of a lifetime.
