Unique CLV
Unlike traditional SaaS platforms from the initial data collection we knew the maxium value of a customer without churn as after the final exam this platform is rendered useless so the goal is acquiring the customer as early as possible. The platform and it's features can make a massive impact towards this goal.

Platform Wireframes

Marketing Site Wireframes
A marketing site was designed and created to drive sign ups and build trust. It picked on key features important to users, reduced any sign up fears with FAQ's and the blog could be utilised for SEO purposes whilst display expertise.
"Select Exam"
I felt that the most enticing CTA for this part of the funnel would be "Select Exam" as it doesn't suggest any payment and encourages curiosity. Other options could be start free trial which was also a possibility. If I was responsible I would begin to split test elements like that to get the most value possible.

GoDoctor
The selection of the exam being the first option is very much a important factor, it provides valuable data to GoDoctor whilst giving the user the confidence that we support their exam type.

Progress
The ability to see completion on test and also resume partial tests provides the user with historical access and the ability to pick up where they left off. It was designed to expand into a full historical test access point.
Strong VS Weak
An indicator of strengths and weaknesses split into modules and also benchmarked against peers because who doesn't love a bit of competition. If someone is in the top 1% let them know!
Time Spent
A motivational section to track how much work you are putting in and benchmarking it against previous days or weeks. A lot of the design thinks into the future like "Could we provide a time spent factor that more successful students have?" or "Does more or less time spent equal better results?".
Total Questions Correct
Displaying total question coverage and a per question percentage for accuracy. It connects with other data points within the dashboard.
Performance Over Time
It's easy to forget progress made and how far you have came. Letting users know how they did in the previous month but also data collection and display for future expansion. Perhaps adding a feeling rating post exam for users to track how their mental/physical state affects performance.

Guide My Learning
This area allows the user to tailor their learning towards specific areas. With several options allowing finite control like number of questions, question types like multiple choice or familiarity which aims to give the users topics they are familiar with.

With post submission explanation that helps with learning and the ability to bring up lab values to rely upon during answering the question.

Track My Progress
The question bank is split into modules and topics. This screen allowed the user to see a breakdown with peer averages to see where they can improve. Since each exam can be customised from this screen they could jump straight into an exam based on this information.

GoDoctor
One of my favourite projects as the branding was so unique and I think there was so many more points for expansion and to make learning a fun experience. GoDoctor to this day years after uses the branding, architecture and UI!
